Registration Requirements
If you need to register your child for school, please be sure to bring the following documents with you:
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Proof of Residency (example: utility bill in your name)
- Immunization/Shot Records
- Name of previous school/ last report card
- Parent/Guardian Driver's License
It is very important that we have all of the required documentation for your child to begin attending classes. Please call the JH office at 903-671-3227 to set up an appointment to register your child. Thank you for your cooperation!
